The acquisition of Brilliant is a significant step towards our strategy of transforming Checkpoint’s existing global Apparel Labeling Solutions business into a world-class solution provider in apparel labeling. It extends our manufacturing footprint, adds to our labeling product portfolio and complements our existing Merchandise Visibility (RFID) solution and Check-Net® variable data management capability. Most importantly, Checkpoint can now offer its customers a complete source-to-store solution enabling them to convert merchandise orders to sales more quickly and effectively than ever before.
